Witnessing the waste created in the production process of traditional East-Asian manufacturers and miscommunications due to language barriers, we set our minds to resolve these issues and provide a unique experience to our customers.

With over 14 years of unwavering operation, we proved our success by consistently prioritizing our clients, despite encountering numerous challenges and navigating the fluctuating global economy.

To reduce the risk of supply chain disruption for our clients, we have established a global network with five facilities across the U.S., China, and Vietnam. This visionary strategy has been time-tested during the COVID-19 pandemic.  While others were struggling to keep their businesses functioning, we doubled our sales by adapting to our client’s needs for alternative logistics and increasing the scale of production. The KindPack Way

Our integrated sustainable production starts with ideating and listening to our client’s requirements.

Once we fully understand the client’s idea and requirements, numerous internal meetings will be held to assist our design and engineering team complete the structural design, graphic design, and material selection–assuring we select the most sustainable materials and cost-efficient design for you.

 

 The results of our internal meetings will be demonstrated through prototyping. As the client approves our prototype, we will start our manufacturing process. The production process runs under the close management of supervisors and engineers, who report any identified issue timely to our managers. Meanwhile, the ongoing inspection serves as an additional safety check to ensure the quality of our production.

Once finished, all your custom packs and cases will be assembled and distributed to your designated location in time.
